I couldn't find this template anywhere with just the map and without Jeb. So I took one of the red map templates from here on knowyourmeme, shifted the color to yellow, and added the vote total bars from the original meme to the top of the image. It's still missing some of the elements under his left elbow, but I figured someone might get a use out of this image.
