This image was created by writer Jerry Holkins & cartoonist Mike Krahulik for the webcomic Penny Arcade on Febuary 20, 2013, and features Gabe & Tycho doing the Harlem Shake meme in a three-panel format style fashion.

The first two panels are the one half of the Harlem Shake where Tycho does the pelvic thrust.
The last third panel is the other half of the Harlem Shake where the Fruit F----- (penny-arcade.com/comic/2002/02/11 ) and Div the drunk DivX player (penny-arcade.com/comic/1999/06/18 ) joins Gabe as the Cardboard Tube Samurai (penny-arcade.com/comic/2002/10/30 ) while Tycho continues the pelvic thrust.
