Notes:

• I would arguably rather have Shane or the Governor as the leader, until they completely went off the deep end, but I believe that "no f----" season 3 Rick isn't a bad choice
• Glenn actually had a niche of speed in the first season, but that was completely neglected once he found Maggie and became a whiny, wanna-be
• I realize T-Dawg lived much longer than anyone expected but he was always expendable as hell throughout the show.
