For those of you that don't know, this chart revolves around the ending to the classic hospital drama St. Elsewhere, which ended with the shocking revelation that the events of the show apparently took place in the mind of a child with Autism named Tommy Westphall.

Of course, the show itself was host to a number of crossovers with other TV shows, and works that crossed over with those shows – leaving some to believe that Tommy had created a massive structured continuity including hundreds of other iconic television shows – even hosting the expansive Doctor Who, The X-Files, and Buffy The Vampire Slayer universes.

In any case, Tommy Westphall is easily the greatest storyteller of all time.
