THEN WHY ARE THEY EVEN IN THE GAME IF I CAN'T USE THEM ON THE MOST IMPORTANT ENEMIES????

Internet is out
"Cannot connect to the internet"
Then it goes back to "You must be connected to the internet to access this, Connecting to the internet" and You can't exit the thing so it does this over and over and over until you force quit the game.

That is my issue with NFS The Run
