I'd put Kirby and Samus/Zero Suit under military heroes/knighthood. Kirby is a star warrior and Samus technically was part of the Galactic Federation at one point. Much like Fox and Falco, despite running things on their own, they're still considered military heroes for helping their respective governments.

I'd bump up Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong into local leadership since they pretty much run the jungle domain (not to be confused with running the entire island). I'd also bump Meta Knight down to local leadership, since he runs his own Space Ship and commands it.

I also might categorize R.O.B. into primal entity since his origins aren't really explained.
