For those who don’t get it:

It’s a room where a popular porn series “Back Room Casting Couch” is filmed in.

I actually became an acquaintance of one of the girls who appeared in it once.
Short version of a very, very long story is that it’s all fake and the girls are, in fact, paid (even though it’s claimed that they aren’t and that they are “tricked” into doing this as an “audition”).
However, since most of them are young, stupid and naive, they are often underpaid.

Something about the fact that they claim to be tricking women into doing porn when in fact being totally honest with them and paying them, and that the internet porn-watching community is such that this apparently gets them more views, is pretty strange.

Still, I guess it's far better than claiming to be employing women honestly when in fact tricking them into doing porn and not paying them.
