Caligula can never measure up to the madness of Nero. Man wasn't only insane, but an undeniable sadist as well - this was the guy who burned people alive in his garden each night, as a source of light and because he got off on the screams. He was the man who burned down Rome when he decided he wanted to build the city differently, and had music played while he watched the city burn, with many of it's people with it. He was famed for his executions, most infamously ordering each member of a family killed, forcing them to watch, starting with the father. Finally, when the youngest daughter came up, one of his advisors begged him to spare her, as since she was a virgin, she was off-limits - to which he smiled, and then had her executed. he did all of this in front of a crowd mind you. Caligula was depraved - Nero KNEW he was depraved, and he reveled in it. proceeded to r---- her, And the f----- had a neckbeard the entire time...
