I'll never get why some people leave the crust out. I mean, it's so crunchy and savory, it's as good as any other part of the pizza… Or well, maybe it does need a little bit of flavour but putting cheese and other such things over it would be counter productive, now wouldn't it.

Though in all seriousness I do the left when it's not a pizza buffet, and the right when it IS one.
