I can actually see FNAF being something that'd be great for the Wii U. The TV is your office view the entire time, use buttons on the GamePad to control the doors (can customize which ones based on what your dominate hand is), and then of course the GamePad itself it always the monitor, but like the original PC version you still have to conserve power so the monitor has an "on/off" button on the screen you tap, and then of course switching cameras is as easy as tapping on the camera map.
Of course it could also have a "classic mode" option to keep the entire game on the TV the whole time, including the monitor view, and then a "GamePad only" mode which I'm assuming would work like the mobile version of the game.
FNAF 2 would work the same way, just the buttons would control the lights instead of the doors, but I admit something would have to be altered to take into account "if the TV is the office view the whole time, then how can we sneak Bonnie and Chica in there?" (since in the main game they only sneak in while the monitor is up and covering your view of the office).
