This "D'oh" transcends the ethereal and mental plane, it reaches the greatest level of spiritual and physical enlightenment a human can achieve, so much so that it is no longer a "D'oh", but it has reached the higher levels of "D'oh", losing its fundamentary status of mere human language, reaching into the outer grips and depths of space, time and reality.
