This is my problem with Rule 63. If you’re going to gender swap, it has to be the same age. This looks like a older teenage girl while Steven is probably in his mid to late 20s. She doesn't even emit the same charisma or personality that Steven Stone's artwork gives. This does not look like the champion.

If you’re going to make a girl dressed up like Steven Stone, fine. But don’t call it a gender swap and Rule 63 if you don’t want to go through the motions.
