And she responded quickly, professionally and warmly to their questions and concerns, Frankly the email load was way too much for us-without her we couldn't the and quality of AMAs we do now. She was also able to provide analytics specific to a single AMA for the PR people at universities and corporations associated with the scientists. We often directed them straight to her and she worked to figure out what they needed. Cutting out middlemen might be helpful in this scenario. Also, it's quite an abrasive thing to say, especially because there are ways it might be simpler. Perhaps y'all aren't interested in simplifying it or you think there would be more negatives than positives, but if that's the case you are addressing the issue in the most dismissive way
