Dale, Superintendent 8115 Gatehouse Road Falls Church, Virginia 22042 FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS Janurary 2012 ATTENTION: MANDATORY PENIS INSPECTIONS Janurary 2012 TO ALL MALE JAMES MADISON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: The district is required to conduct mandatory penis inspections on all male James Madison High School students in accordance with Virginia Health Code § 19.1.8 subsection 3A. The inspections, intended to promote a safe and healthy environment for students, will occur in the Warhawk Hall. he mandatory health inspections will be conducted on Monday, April 1st, 2013, beginning directly ter school at 2:10 p.m. There will be ONE make-up day, Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013, beginning at 30 p.m. All students who have not already completed a penis inspection MUST attend one of these o mandatory sessions. Students will be excused from any classes or after-school activities they may s in order to attend an inspection. SE NOTE: Uncircumcised students should report to the Uncircumcised Line within the Warhaw Circumcised Students should report to the Circumcised Line.
