This doesn't translate the joke that inspired this whole thing(one guy said "Genshin is a decent game", to which someone else replied with "Honestly at this point I would rather be tied into a chair and play League of Legends"). I think this seems more like about punishing Genshin players with mandatory League of Legends gameplay.
