Whats there to say? Randy was just disturbed and didn't have enough help, Danny Phantom was just his fixation any other cartoon could have taken its place and he still would have killed people. For example one of the characters that inspired Ember was DC's Death from the sandman comics, if he found that first odds are he would have fixated on her.
