The Background: On 14 March Mustafa Dzhemilev, the leader of anti-Russian part of Crimean Tatars, visited Brussels and requested NATO to deploy troops in Crimea. Nothing happened and after Crimean referendum he was forbidden entering Russia and the peninsula.
