Alright you bitches, November's tomorrow, you know what that means?

That's right, No-fap November! You must refrain from masturbation from midnight tonight, until midnight when November 30th becomes December 1st. Can you do it? Only one way to find out!

To all you ladies out there (since those apparently exist on the internet these days), you can do no-shlick/dildo/whatever for the entirety of the month. NFM is an all-inclusive movement.

HARD MODE: no sexual intercourse as well (this will be the default setting for some of you, which means you're not a fucking casual, good for you).

So, who's in?

Hints and tips for those who are gonna try it:
-If you are at home and feel the urge, do some push ups and sit ups till it goes away. This removes the desire by focusing energy elsewhere, and you can get more swole, thus killing two birds with one stone.
-Think of women as your mother, sister, or daughter according to her age. After all, you wouldn't tap to a family member, would you? (but then again…) This one is advised by Hindu and Buddhist wise men. For women and faggots, think of men as your father/brother/son.
-Don't look at erotic imagery, especially pornography.
-I mean it, do NOT look at pr0n.
-Read some philosophical and/or religious writings that will make you feel glorious for resisting the base sexual urge.

I haven't fapped for nine days, so I can attest this stuff is helpful.
