He has over 672,000 subs on youtube, and he's fairly well known, i would make an article for him, but after re-reading my old fanfictions, i realize i don't posses the skill to make it.

If you feel he needs an article OP, then make one. It doesn't matter how bad your skills are, if it is a good entry that others feel needs to be in the database as well, others will come to help you. There's a reason why each article has a section for requesting editorship.
As far as my thoughts on CinnamonToastKen, I've never heard of him, but we have many different articles of prominent YouTubers already in the database. Go for it if you think he deserves a page. Of course you should take into consideration the rules before you post a page.
