These two have a habit for showing up in screencaps in sub-par threads. Infact, they were ranked #2 on "this best Muppets characters list": and probably could trump any dad joke out there. What do you guys think? Do they need an article? And if so, should we make it a "Person" page or a "Meme" page?

I've seen it around a lot so I think it should have a page, but definitely not a person page.
