Finnish Image Macro-Need Help

Recently, an image on Memegenerator has been climbing the ranks and is now in the top tier. It's called Ibrahim Shkupolli, and he was the shooter in a mall-shooting incident before committing suicide. A lot of the captions on the images are in different languages, presumably finnish, and I'd like to see if there is any overlying trend going on with it. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a lot of foul language at least. From browsing through a couple of pages, I'd say that the general trends are, in no particular order
1) Fake movies/ movie titles

Lähestymiskielto means restraining order, referring to the restraining order Shkupolli was issued.

This one translates as Presents: Honor killing.

2) Catchphrases with a twist

"Change is good. I changed landscape and ended up in hell."
Others say things like Change is good. I changed sanity for insanity.

The "Vaihtamalla paranee" comes from TV adverts for a Finnish low-price telecommunications company, DNA. Here is one example of "Vaihtamalla paranee" being used.

3) Threats

"I performed a trepanation with a 9 mm bullet"

"Shut up, so that your head will be visible"
4) References to Shkupolli's alleged insanity or obvious state of being dead.

"I didn't know how to get help, here's the result. I'm stupid."

(In a fake immigrant accent) "I like one girl. I kill everyone."

Keep in mind that all of my translations are rather clumsy, Finnish isn't readily translated to other languages.
