When you say that you're wondering if it's "meme material" what do you mean?
It sounds like you're asking if it's a good source material to remix.
It sounds like you're asking if it will catch on.
Those are questions that'll inevitably lead to someone bemoaning the creation of a forced meme.

But if you're asking if that video is a part of a meme, then you could just look at the related videos on Youtube.

And you know, you could always google it to find more iterations of it and info about it.

OR are you asking if anyone wants to help you write a meme entry?
