In 2009, an expidition team went out to document dilapidated houses in the southern United States. This was the only photo recovered from the remains of the expidition team.
That M&M is being awfully suspicious, if you ask me.
Sadly, this actually has a little spread as an exploitable image.

On a more serious note, the original image of the Dr. Phil M&M appears to have been a thing that Mars Inc. (the brand that makes M&M's) requested to come into existence. The original version has him standing on the set of his show. There are also various other celebrities that have been done this way, and if you are creeped out by this one, the same goes for those others. The date that keeps coming back is 2008 for the original ones.
Why he was shopped into the destroyed house I don't know. Many people act like they are creeped out by the original, so placing it in a place that is kinda creepy would increase the creepiness I guess.I also have no Idea when it was shopped together.
