Beta-7 was a creepypasta/journal taking place from March 2003 to September 2003. The story was about a person (never identified, but called "Beta-7") who was confronted by a Visual Concepts employee to enter a playtest for Sega's NFL 2K3, which gave him several blackouts within minutes of playing in the First Person Football mode. There are many controversies about this journal, some believe it's true, and some believe it's an advertising campaign for Sega.
