Comes from the animation Awesome Noire, a parody of L.A. Noire in the Awesome Series, which is a group of animations by Egoraptor. Cole Phelps, the main character of L.A. Noire, makes a disgusted face because he apparently cannot draw the lips right. This happens about 35 seconds into the video.
It first started when a youtube user named Lardman678 commented on the flash animation saying
“GAWDTHESEFUCKINLIPS has the potential to become a great meme,”
Which drove someone like me to make this. Not much is known about its future yet, but know this:
