Hotel Mario

Hotel Mario was originally a video game produced for the Philips CD-i console. The meme refers to not the game itself, but its cutscenes.

The game in it of itself is not actually a meme, but several phrases from the cutscenes are in fact extremely popular in Youtube Poop.

• “Gay Luigi” (the garbled last 2 words of Mario’s first line)

• “Spaghetti” (said by Luigi in the intro)

• “And YOU gotta help us!” (same as above)

• “Y’know what they say, All toasters toast toast” (said by Mario, holding bread)

• “Hey you! Get off of my cloud!” (said by Mario after leaving the cloud hotel)

• “No”. (said in the cutscene with the cave)

• “Where there’s smoke”,
• “They pinch back.” (Said by Mario in 2 different cutscenes, form one of YTP’s most popular intros)

Examples:
