The woman's name is Denise Sanchez, and it's believed the man in the photo is her boyfriend, who she's singing to. But it certainly looks more like she's explaining something weird, which led to the meme in question blowing up three years later.

Denise's photo was taken at what's believed to be a concert in Buenos Aires.
