After months of being subjected to unrestrained hornyposting, Lady Dimitrescu expectedly became the most modded character on this list. This one here replaces Lady Dimitrescu's textures with Resident Evil's own femme fatale Ada Wong. Mr. X Lady Dimitrescu

While this Lady Dimitrescu mod does not replace her model with that of Mr. X from Resident Evil 2 Remake – another fan favorite that saw tons of memes and fan art – it does make her look a lot like him. Given that both are unkillable monsters that player has no other choice but to avoid, this mod by ZombieAli seems only proper.

Barney the Dinosaur Mod

If Resident Evil Village is not scary enough for you, you may consider injecting some extra childhood trauma into the game by installing Barney the Dinosaur mod that replaces common enemies with Barney the Dinosaur. Seeing huggable apex predator from your childhood wave swords, scythes and other pointy things at your jugular might just kick up the fear factor just as easy as turn the entire game into a farce. Fly Swatter

This mod does not actually add a fly swatter into the game, rather it replaces the knife model with a fly swatter. You may try using it to fend off zombies or wave it at Bela, Cassandra and Daniela, but a lot of people seem to have found a better use for it after discovering that Lady Dimitrescu's weak spot is just at the right height.
