A supposed artwork said to have been painted in 1721 by obscure artist Deitz Nuützen is going viral on social media as many people claim it predicted the viral McDonald's dinner between Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Don Jr. and RFK Jr. that spread online in recent days.

The painting, which heavily resembles the Trump and RFK Jr. photo, has been circulating online alongside theories about Trump being a time traveler. But who is Deitz Nuutzen and is the painting even real? Here's what you need to know.

What Is The Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Don Jr. and RFK Jr. Eating McDonald's Photo?

In mid-November 2024, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Don Jr. and RFK Jr. were photographed eating McDonald's on a private plane while heading to a UFC match. The photo was posted by Trump's former press assistant alongside the caption, "POV: walking by the cool kids table."

The photo quickly went viral, inspiring a whole wave of memes and discourse on social media. Mostly, people used the photo to criticize RFK Jr. for eating McDonald's due to the fact that he's historically rallied against fast food, unhealthy eating and seed oils.

Now, however, the photo is the subject of a whole other line of discourse claiming it was predicted all the way back in 1721.

In the post, the user reuploads the McDonald's photo alongside a supposed painting from 1721 said to be by artist Deitz Nuützen, asking if Nuützen predicted the McDonald's dinner. The painting greatly resembles the McDonald's photograph.

The supposed painting was shared by numerous accounts that day, many of whom seemed to believe it was real. However, a day later, Newsweek officially debunked it, revealing that there was never an artist named Deitz Nuützen and that the painting is AI-generated.
