The Flash Microwaving a Baby explained

Does The Flash Microwave A Baby In The New Movie? The Leaked Scene Explained

A few scenes from The Flash movie starring Ezra Miller have been leaked on Twitter, seemingly showing the character microwaving a baby.

Although it might sound confusing and not at all what the DC Comics universe is about, the Flash microwaving a baby isn't exactly a canon event. As the hype surrounding the new (and somewhat controversial) movie peaks this week, curiosity regarding this scene's validity needs some explaining.

So, does the Flash microwave a baby in the new movie? Also, who leaked the original video? How did they leak it? Let's explain.

Does The Flash Microwave A Baby In The New Movie?

The short answer is no, but it's not as simple as that. In the new movie, it appears there is a scene where The Flash is saving numerous babies that are falling from a building. For one of the babies, he grabs a microwave out of the air and puts the baby inside. On the ground, he takes the baby out and holds it.

However, when taken out of context, the scene of him putting the baby inside the microwave mid-air is objectively funny. Additionally, when the scene of him holding the baby is put in reverse, it makes it look like he's putting the baby in the microwave while a woman is screaming.

Who Leaked 'The Flash Microwaving A Baby' Scene?

On Twitter yesterday, a user named @NirvanaM1nd appears to be the first leaker. Since their tweet was sent, the video attached has since been removed by Twitter for violating a copyright strike.

Despite this, it was too late to stop the memes from flowing afterward, including a tweet sent by @LetItMelo hours later that was the first to reverse the scene, making it look like The Flash was cooking the infant in the microwave. Unlike the first tweet, @LetItMelo's tweet has not yet been deleted for copyright issues.
