Anya Forger Crossover refers to a series of manga panel redraws of the SPY x FAMILY character Anya Forger in different anime or manga series. The meme started on May 20th, 2022, after X[ user @JohnnySpittin shared a series of images (shown below) in which the kid appears in panels from popular series like Chainsaw Man, Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen. The tweet garnered over 94,000 likes and 19,900 retweets in a year.

Where Does The 'Anya Forger Crossover' Meme Come From?

The original panel of Anya's fearless pose comes from chapter 15.5 of the manga (shown below, left), in which she joins forces with Franky Franklin to help her mom's and dad's date. The moment was animated in the first episode of the second season of the SPY x FAMILY, which aired in early October 2023 and was posted on X by user @animetv_jp, receiving more than 25,000 likes and 1,600 retweets since posted on October 7th.

How People Are Using The 'Anya Forger Crossover' Meme On Social Media?

After the tweet went viral on May 2022, several other redraws of Anya were posted on X. For example, on May 20th, 2022, X user @gojosatoruism posted a redrawn of Anya Forger fighting the Jujutsu Kaisen character Satoru Gojo (shown below. left), which garnered more than 6,900 likes and924 retweets in a year. On September 25th, 2023, X user @JJKcontents posted a photoshopped version of Anya vs Gojo (shown below, right), which amassed over 189,000 likes and 23,900 retweets in a month.

On October 9th, 2023, X user @HourlyAnya_ uploaded a fan edit video of Anya vs Gojo (shown below), which received over 373,000 views and 12,800 likes in a day.
