Well, it was their son named Woo Wop who sang the original song in an episode of their family vlog channel in which the youngster had entered a new "emo phase."

At the 1:39-minute mark of the video, Woo Wop enters the kitchen, looking like a Trippie Redd clone, only to perform his best, raspy singing voice, saying that he wanted to kill his entire family. Of course, the little boy didn't actually want to commit such murderous acts. He delivered the entire song with a cheeky smile across his face.

After the DuB Family uploaded their September 20th video, a TikToker named @ongodiswearfr screen-recorded it and reposted it to the new platform. Then, it went viral. If you're an avid TikToker, you know that this is a recipe for disaster; @ongodiswearfr's viral repost had successfully birthed a new TikTok sound that would be on everyone's "for you" pages for the coming month.

Due to all the virality, the DuB Family took notice and decided to exploit their child's emo phase online. No shame in that game. It's kind of a good song.
