Can you draw the Quote from the Cave Story series? And his posing is.. Master trole kid

Forgot to mention that Zar is also included in SH (darn it, I need to go and stay there even if I keep on DC'ing)

Since we're starting a new page, I'll remind that I'll be doing that #SH group pic at some point, and I'll draw me, Natsuru, and Kouhai with the maid uniforms like Natsuru requested, thus combining the DJ's, Natsuru's, and Kouhai's requests. I'll also add Zarathh, though I don't remember seeing him more than once or so.

If you are one of the users who frequented #SH, and have a special request regarding your avatar, then let me know, ok? I'll start working on it when there are no new requests, or if I happen to get a sudden burst of inspiration. I'll probably end up drawing everyone individually or in pairs, and stich everyone together into one picture on Photoshop, so it will take time.


Here's the list of requests I'll be doing as soon as I get a good chance to draw something.

Blue – Maud Pie as Bear Jew.
You know, I bet that somewhere out there, there are people who'd pay to see me draw ponies again.

Crow – Attack of the spirits of deactivated users.
Dunno if I can do anything special with the idea, but I'll see what I can come up with.

Roarshack – Rorschach doing the CIA pose thingy.
Should be relatively simple to do.

I guess this is a good place to remind of the "Quantity Harms Quality" thingy.

If I know that a picture is going to be a lot of work, even before I begin drawing it, it will ultimately lead to me rushing it. I simply can't give much attention to multiple characters in a single picture, especially if they are cramped together. If the picture above had been a request of single character, I could've done it with full body shot, more detail, more shading, better expression, and pretty much better everything.

Would it be possible to draw this rather scary bootleg "Wreck it Woody"…

Depends on what I think of the request. It's been a while since you and Typhoon requested me, and while I might somewhat like Typhoons new request, it clashes a bit with my dislike of drawing IRL people.

You can make a request, and if I like it well enough, and it's something that I can draw relatively easily, then I might draw it after I'm done with other requests.

The Woody should be relatively easy to draw. But I don't really see a way to draw 7 Grand Dad without it just looking like Mario with a different cap logo and color scheme. He might not be weird enough to make the drawing interesting. Any other bootleg characters besides 7 Grand Dad?

Avdol fighting against mafia skeletons while Mako watches from behind.

It sounds like a fun idea, but since it'll probably end up having a lot of stuff going on, I might end up rushing it.

But if you don't care about a drop in quality, I might at least try drawing it when I have the time.

Whoops, I forgot about Random's Judge Dredd Miku request. I kinda skimmed over it since it was requested in a reply post. I'll be doing that one next, don't think I forgot about it…

Dunno if this was the kind of a fight you had in your mind, since it ended up being more of a "getting ready to fight" pic, but I hope it'll do. I'm quite bad at actiony scenes, and multiple characters in a single pic.

You could just refer to the rules/guidelines on the opening post for info.

1. There are other people who have their requests pending, and you already made one.

2. While I did like your second idea, I don't like drawing IRL people.

3. While Tupolev managed to make a second request, it was because I found it funny. Besides, it was just a quick and rough scetch anyway.


As for other stuff, sorry, but no new pics for today. I've been busy coloring that picture of Nami (from LoL), that I've been meaning to draw for the past few months.

I'll post it here when it's done. Unless I fuck up big time, and end up throwing it in the trash.

Okay, here's the picture of Nami that I mentioned, and since this is my drawing thread, I thought I might as well post it here.

Or what do you guys think? Should I post my own projects to this thread, or should I just use the general art thread for everyone?

Is your drawing thread, so you choose what you post (IMO): If you want to put your personal projects here I don't think anybody would be against it.
