Yeah.
It's not like everyone wants you off. As PimpAbra showed, there are people who simply do the proper thing and ignore the ponies, which quite frankly is a pathetically simple thing to do.
The people who really want you off are just more vocal about it than the ones who don't care though. Just ignore them, perhaps try posting less, stay off the comments on the MLP page as much as you can. That's all you need to do really.

To be honest though, I've never understood why ponies all out exploded all over this site. I mean yeah, there's an article about it on here, but in all my time on the interwebz this was the first site I EVER saw ponies on (and took said sighting seriously).

I've said this a couple times before, but didn't get much response. I say that we just make a new site called "Know Your Pony". It'd clear up this site a bit, (Or a lot) get rid of most parasprites, and still give us somewhere to to after work/school. I like to come to KYM for Pony pics as opposed to Equestria Daily simply because it's easier and not in a blog-type format. I don't have to sort through the several sub-sections, I get more variety, and I can expect to see some memes in there, too. While the KYP would be more of a wiki, it would be a MEME wiki specifically for ponies. The only memes that are on the wiki now (That I found) are Derpy and Cupcakes.

I did take a class on Dreamweaver a year or two ago. I still have no idea what I was doing.

I would rather us not spam the guys with constant e-mails. The haters already hate, we don't need to give them another reason to hate.
If one of the mods though asked nicely about adding onto the site or such for a pony section, that though would be awesome.
As for anypony with knowledge about making sites? Yeah, that's kinda what I figured, the one person who did do something unfortunately still has no idea about it, and as for me? Yeah, I REALLY don't know about it.

Yeah I mentioned the forum idea in that thread, but I don't think it will really be necessary if we can all pony responsibly. My reason for bringing it up was mainly because I'm concerned weather enough of us will actually do so and I wanted to provide an alternative idea just in case. Let's just see what happens next.

I'll shorten my thoughts to this:
I think the idea of a separate forum should not be thrown out, but Pimp Abra's and DPF's words have put any potential action to rest for now. But I kinda like the idea more and more.
I don't think a separate site for Pony memes would do as good of a job as KYM. I don't think it's worth the hassle. The most recent changes and restrictions have kept Pony off of the trending bar more than it used to, and Pony is there a lot of times, because it is actually trending on the web. More than other memes anyway.
I think (hopefully) if we Pony responisibly, things might die down again, but I don't think Pimp Abra's word will be the last on the matter.

It doesn't matter where bronies go, trolls and hate will come. It's the fate of a hated fandom.
If you want a seperate site, go make it yourself. For me KYM works fine, it has memes and ponies and memes and pony memes (yes I said memes 3 times). Plus, if all the forums would be about MLP, that would become boring real quickly. We have Ponychan for that.

IAWTP, and besides, Pimp Abra pretty much posted in that topic why the pony deal is fine as is. All the haters have to do is ignore it, which they're choosing not to do.
