As Owens said, the only real media that seems to hate Bronies is Fox News, and as he said, they hate everything.

I think it's because all of the good media waited for the fandom to spread and took their time doing proper research, which is why it took until now for all of the good reports to show up. All of the trashy media (I'm looking at you, Fox News) just jumped the gun and gave negative reports without doing much research. The media never hated us really, it's just that all of the early reports were written by close-minded bigots.

Hay bronies! I got a breakthrough for my fanfic! I need to give it a good overhaul now though. I have been looking at it from a different angle. But now I figured out how to make it creepy. The key ingredient to this remedy is time anonymity, and popularity.
Also I have alot of home work to do so If I don't post right away I'm sorry.

My breakthrough I said earlier was about how to make my grimdark more creepy. I made a discovery after listening to a video about cupcakes. The intro was Ironic like as if it was telling this as a children story but the video was about the cupcake grimdark. The it occurred to me, if something so innocent and so childish can be dramatically turned into something of the complete opposite in the end of the story. Not only that Pinkie Pie is a well known character that people loves but always knew something was a bit off about her that no one can quite understand. So my grimdark will not be the first thing to be publish. Instead I will make multiple of normal stories of my OC and some comedy, as time grow and if enough people want to know what's up my OC. I will sneakily publish my grimdark and I think I might have to change my title though, maybe not, who knows. This is my thoughts that's all lol.

Or just make a small backstory for the start of the story and begin it like an episode. You can just see in your head Dash flying around at the start of Cupcakes like she would in an actual episode.

Ponies are a sensitive subject. Non-bronies get tired of ponies popping everywhere (they jelly), so we're pretty much doomed to post in our own little ghetto. Unless you thoroughly enjoy karma rape (is it really rape if you like it…?), definitely keep the pony talk in here. Your karma is quite safe in the sanctity of this thread.

If you'll take a trip to my profile, I can assure you that at least a fifth of the negakrama came from that thread. And probably another fifth comes from krama trolls on this thread.
 
 
But to echo what's been said, most KYM users don't take kindly to the fact that many Bronies post exclusively in the Pony General thread or in the MLP:FiM article. I understand the frustration, as this is primarily a site for documentation of all memes. So a lot of non-Bronies are really sore about seeing ponies everywhere (on KYM and elsewhere.) Just don't bring up Pony outside of the thread (unless it's really well-placed,) and you'll be fine.

Hi Ric.. I've been a Brony for about 2 months.. I started being a Brony around the first episode of Season 2. I became a brony because of Familiar Faces (a show on tgwtg.com) and from seeing an episode of Death Battle (from revision3.com) I got curious and decided to look up the show. I never head of it before then. I don't visit a lot of websites so I never heard of it before then.

I watched every episode and fell in love with it. I am now a full fledged Brony. I own the brony blind bag set, a poster, a custom made shirt, thousands of pictures on my PC, downloaded hundreds of videos off of youtube of funny clips, music videos, ect, and even have my cellphone wallpaper set as MLP…

I'm 25 straight male. I even got my 27 year old girlfriend into the show about a month ago. Now we watch it together on Saturday mornings. She doesn't love it as much as me, but she enjoys it.

My favorite pony is Pinkie Pie. My girlfriends favorite is Fluttershy, which is my second favorite.

Give me a little bit of time to find a picture. I have something I want to show!
