People, this is a fandom. A huge internet fandom to be precise. The internet doesn’t care for your opinion, so I doubt you can chance it. Seriously, if those images of Spitfire and the REA already get you flipping over Rule 34, you might want to broaden your horizon of acceptance.
It’s ok you give your opinion, but don’t do it everyday. I want this thread to be a welcome place for every brony, so don’t ruin it for others.

^This. I'm not a big fan of R34, but I don't understand why people get so upset over it. There's a simple rule to follow: If you don't like it, don't search it. I've heard the excuse that it's so prevalent in the community that it's unavoidable, but I find that R34 is quite rare unless you go looking for it (whenever I see it, it's always because of Google images having crap filters. I see none on Tumblr or Ponibooru, unless you count things like askprincessmolestia). I agree that it's corrupting the original source material, but I don't think that's always a bad thing. If our fandom didn't corrupt it from time to time, it would be seriously boring. R34 might be taking it a bit far, but in some cases I find it can be quite funny.

I have seen MLP art that crosses borders even Futashy can’t imagine.

Outside MLP I've seen things that even war vets would probably shy away from, but I haven't seen much worse than Futashy in the brony fandom. Whenever I see worse, I usually just think, 'wow, that guy should go see a head doctor', but Futashy just makes me want to slap some sense into people. Not only is it a bit disgusting, it's also just plain stupid. It's Fluttershy… as a dog… with man-parts… I mean, wtf?

Crap… I didn't know that, and now I have a moral dilemma. Even though she makes a ton of R34 and Futashy, Megasweet is still one of the best artists out there. She's made so many original reaction faces that half of MyLittleFaceWhen is derived from her work (she even made the first pony shrug). She's also made some of the only decent humanisations. It would be insane to say she wasn't a credit to the community, but still… she makes Futashy…
