So, basically, it's The Hunger Games/Battle Royale but with Thread Titles. I guess I'll have to turn my Ponies For Prosperity SuperPAC into the Ponywater USA Ponidemi PMC.

Doin' pretty good. This semester's been the easiest one so far. History class is great (the inability to view your grades, aside). Creative Writing kicks English 228's ass (it didn't help my 228 teacher was terrible). Economics 110 is a breeze. Geology kind of sucks with it's three hour long class (twice a week), but the teacher's good so it isn't terrible (seriously, they need to split that class into smaller sections) (plus I get to trade puns with Deadparrot). I've learned that if you read through the study guide questions and do the practice tests, you're pretty much guaranteed an "A".

Either you've returned to form an Opposition Party to check the growing influence of Blue Screen and his non-manboobs or there's some cool Shadow Moderator organization you've joined that answers directly to Emperor Huh and deals out justice when the banhammer proves insufficient.
I did not expect the Everfree Forest to become a plot point. That's awesome and not something I've ever seen in non-prequel fanfics (I love it when they do things I've never seen). The NMM plot was already known, so that isn't a suprise, but the "mysterious foe" is. I hope it isn't really NMM as that would only confirm the Nightmarity comic and severely weaken Luna's character (if she's not responsible for what NMM did, than that erodes a substantial portion of her character and potential serves as a continuity snarl with Luna Eclipsed)
My guess? It's all one big test by Celestia and Luna to see how the newly crowned Princess reacts to both a succession crisis (she's the only ruler of Equestria with them gone) and a foreign threat to the country. The "mysterious foe" is either one of the Princesses in disguise or a loyal government official.
