Beyond being part of a funny meme, Billy Herrington was a cool guy from what I saw on Twitter. He did interact with fans and he really appreciated them.
Perhaps one of the only instances of the KYM community praising bara collectively. He will be missed.

Sad news.
Two years ago I had the privilege of meeting both Mowtendoo and Billy Herrington and Anime Expo. Aniki was one of the biggest and buffest, but also nicest, honest I've ever met. I was honored to take a selfie and later a group pic with him, and that experience was honestly my highlight of AX 2016. So RIP Aniki, I wish I got to meet you again and talk more.
