"Do y'all hear sumn?" ("do you all hear something") is an image macro series that has recently spread across Stan Twitter (especially K-pop), Black Twitter, and basically any Twitter community where young people want to be sassily dismissive of others' viewpoints. The most popular (presumably original) version is of this screencap of Squidward reading a magazine from SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Krusty Krab Training Video".
One early viral tweet from June 28th with over 140,000 likes uses the image.
It's often accompanied in replies by an image of Squidward sleeping captioned "I aint hear nuthn".
A common variant is one that adds "because I do" and Squidward's waking up eyes from this meme.
Further variants include both the original phrase and similar responses to it. Many are also SpongeBob characters.
Many other examples of cartoons and K-pop boys can be found, but I'm too lazy right now.
As the meme is popular with K-pop fans, it was soon discovered that a Korean Squidward version exists (pointed out in a semi-viral tweet with 43,000 likes expressing amusement that the version exists) with a similar screencap from another episode.
The English and Korean in addition to a Japanese and Chinese version (shown below), all from different episodes, were used in this tweet about K-pop boy band NCT describing the reaction of 4 members in their language to their manager telling them not to do something.
