Headcanon is your own personal theory on something that isn't canon. E.G., the belief that Lyra and Bon-Bon are a couple.

Well, so far we've only seen one zebra and buffalos, and I don't think the buffalos travel much outside Applosoa. Hopefully more speices will be seen in season 2.

(Mostly for my own interest) I want as many Bronies as possible to go and vote on the site. Sure, according to another poll, all visitors aren't all FiM-hooked Bronies (at the time, about 90% were new FiM fans,) but EqD is a FiM-centric "blog," and this is the best thing we have to a Brony census.
 
(because it's not like we're going to fill out a questionnaire on non-Pony demographics.)
 
 
More simply, it's a way to see just how big the fandom is after the break (and to get a bit of a chronological documentation of the spread.) The largest, somewhat recent poll had over 9,000 respondents. There are likely more Bronies now.

Almost from the start of the meme. A lot of people thought that Dash was actualy a boy. I wish the pics were still in order so you could see the progression of the meme but the mods went and changed the order of them.

I mean, has there been an actual response from the show creators saying this? The closest thing I can recall is Faust once saying that her sexual orientation is never referenced, which doesn't really mean a thing.

I think many people tend to confuse her gender as male due to her tomboy personality.

Remember this is still a show for little girls. Of course they can't publicly come out and say she is even if they did create her with that in mind.
