Then there's :

- Darker than Black
- JoJo
- Gossick
- Level E (THIS IS A MUST WATCH UNDERRATED ANIMU)
- Madoka maybe? i kinda have mixed feelings about that show

- Dragon Ball
- I can't Understand what my husband is saying

In no particular order:
-Gurren Lagann
-Cowboy Bebop

- Neon Genesis Evangelion
- FLCL
- Kill la Kill

Fist of The North Star

And that's about it.

-FMA: Brotherhood

In no particular order:

  • Hunter X Hunter (2011) – Never really been a fan of long shonen but for some reason this one just struck the right note with me
  • Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (Kai) – Super interesting blend of horror and mystery, and the second season blew my mind
  • Hyouka – Beautifully animated mix of mystery and slice of life with very likable characters
  • Steins;Gate – Super awesome sci-fi anime that handles time travel in a really interesting way, and a great opening to boot
  • Fate/Zero – The second most beautiful thing I've ever seen, with really deep characters and epic fight scenes
  • The Devil Is a Part Timer – Just an overall good time with genuinely funny moments throughout the whole series
  • Psycho-Pass – Really interesting premise and great animation with a really good story to tie it all up
  • Attack on Titan – Again, super well animated and characters with actual emotions and problems that actually matter
  • Baccano – This one just oozes charm, especially the English dub
  • FMA: Bro – Just really good overall, story, animation, characters, premise, everything
  • From the New World – Sadly underrated for such a different story (based on a novel). I highly recommend it to someone who's looking for something different from the standard sci-fi anime
  • Cowboy Bebop – An absolute classic and for good reason
  • Gurren Lagan – Gurren Lagan

And now two special mentions:

1. Kara no Kyoukai (Garden of Sinners) – Without a doubt the most gorgeous anime I've ever seen everything from a production standpoint is as close to perfect as you can get, the soundtrack, the choreography, the animation, the voice acting. The only two things preventing this from being my favorite anime is that the story gets too philosophical and abstract at times, and for reasons I can't place, I just couldn't care about the character. But even so, everyone needs to watch this at some point.

2. The Melancholy/Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya – This is my favorite anime. The first two seasons are well above average to begin with, mixing slice of life with the supernatural, and adding a bunch of totally self aware anime cliches just to point out their silliness. Not only that but it manages to pull off genuinely funny and deadly serious moments to great effect. The animation is consistently above average and it has the best dub you will ever see. But where this really shines is with the movie. I would rank this movie among studio Ghibli in terms of both animation quality, as well as story. I can't explain what makes this movie so amazing without going into the details of the story but take my word for it; If you enjoy anime, you definitely need to check out this movie.

Top 25 in order:
1. Cowboy Bebop
2. Gurren Lagann
3. Code Geass
4. Outbreak Company
5. Monogatari Series
6. Spice and Wolf
7. Ghost in the Shell

9. Evangelion
10. Outlaw Star
11. Black Lagoon
12. Fate/Series (ufotable)
13. Halo Legends
14. Anohana
15. Black Bullet
16. Shiki

18. Madoka Magica
19. Watamote
20. Kill la Kill
21. My Bride is a Mermaid
22. Chunibyo
23. Space Battleship Yamato

There's no s its already plural, you wouldn't say chineses

I haven't seen a lot of anime, but I guess I could post my favorites.

- Soul Eater: First anime I seriously watched. Love its characters, premise/setting, animation and art style. Not a fan of its ending as it is kind of a cop out and the villains are kind of underdeveloped, but it be kind of hard to blame when it caught up to the manga. Introduced me to my waifu and favorite voice actress and is one of the few anime that I have gone back and watched it multiple times through. Now I'm waiting patiently for a reboot just like what happened with Fullmetal Alchemist. BONES plz!!!
Opinion on its spin-off, Soul Eater NOT: It was okay. It's under-appreciated in my opinion as it gives development to some of the other characters, as well as give insight on what life is like as a student at DWMA. If cutesy fluff isn't exactly your thing, I don't recommend it, but I wouldn't write it off as just cutesy fluff.

- Fullmetal Alchemist (FMA: Brotherhood): Compelling story and characters had me hooked when I watched the first few episodes. While Brotherhood had some pacing issues, it was a great reboot to finish up the story. I haven't seen the movies under the same name, but I may consider watching them at some point.

- Ghosts Stories: 10/10 best dub! I've never watched anything that has made me laugh this hard.

FMA Brotherhood
Psycho-Pass
Evangelion (like both series and rebuilds but I REALLY like the rebuilds)
Big O
Berserk
Devil May Cry
Gurren Lagann
Steins;Gate
Tora Dora (guilty fucking pleasure)
Trigun
Space Dandy

I'm a lazy person, who has a hard time finishing things, so I haven't watched nearly as much anime as I should…. Plus watching anime for me is a kinda a chore because I got the crappy free Crunchyroll with unskippable ads and whenever I want to watch an anime that isn't on Crunchyroll I have to hunt down an anime site whose videos actually work on my phone… But I still have favorites, so In no particular order, here they are:

Fullmetal Alchemist

Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Kill la Kill(Haven't finished yet)

Sekirei ( Generic Magical girlfriend ecchi harem series with but with action and plot. Guilty pleasure.)

- Serial Experiments Lain

- Great Teacher Onizuka

- Tanoshii Moomin Ikka (this one's different from your typical anime though)

…I guess that's about it.

I'm sure I'd like Cowboy Bebop, and the original Macross too, in case I wasn't such a lazy bum and actually watched them all the way thorugh. In fact, there are tons of shows I probably should've watched ages ago.
