It looks like one of those awful photos of people who have passed away and is making fun of the person. This kind of stuff is sick and should be removed.

Quick question, if an exact copy of an pre-existing image is uploaded to the gallery, but placed under another entry despite the original image tagging itself to cover both entries, does it count as a repost?

@DJKing, if it is reposted in equally relevant galleries then it usually is considered fine. However, what people consider equally relevant may differ. If it's a submeme of a subculture, then I would say posting it in the subculture's main gallery and the submeme's gallery is no what we want. It is much more relevant in the submeme gallery. A crossover between, say Frozen and Watamote, though, would be equally relevant in both galleries, so I think it is fine to have it in both.

I have a little issue. I uploaded this image only to notice that it's already here. The difference is that the former has a title, some tags, and a source. Which should we keep?

People with scrapbooker powers can add metadata (tags, source, notes) to other people's images. I'd do it myself, but my slow internet doesn't seem to load either image at the moment. Technically, the new image is supposed to go (unless it is significantly better quality than the old one), but I'd wait until the old one has metadata in it before doing anything.
