I remember that the image gallery for The Far Side used to have tons of images in it. Yet now it appears to be empty. What happened?

It appears that Don disallowed images a couple months ago for some reason.

I don't know why, but I'd guess that it might have something to do with Copyright/DMCA, I checked the KYM Office of Cease & Desist Records but I didn't see anything about The Far Side on it, so I have no idea.

Regular users can't see this, but the images aren't just hidden from view – they're gone gone. The only reason I can think of for material to be outright removed from the server (or at least, remain only visible to administration and staff) is a legal requirement to do so. It's most likely that KYM was asked to remove the images for copyright reasons.

Edit: I see both Kaijin and I checked the thread, but most of the pinned forum threads are entirely defunct – we have a Discord for that. So yes, only way to know is to ask Don.

Yea it was a DMCA kinda deal. I updated that forum post with it as a bullet item.
