That implies the reactions that did something like that are politically motivated. Also I'm not really seeing mod insults: Rivers and I explained bans, Mare shitposted, Verbose probably just disliked her reaction to the bans, and the unimportance of Nevada is a geological fact.

As long as the bans themselves won't become politically motivated, there's no reason to panic imo. Plus yes this is RR.

I don't agree with Colonel, Black Graphic T, or xTSGx on a lot of political matters.

I didn't like Lisa, because she was a jerk.

Mind you, it's true that I would hesitate to insult active users even if I didn't like them, because I still work for them. But I don't have any obligation to Lisa now.

The site has improved without her being active here, and I honestly believe this. I don't mind saying so. She instigated and provoked users by taunting and insulting them. I might disagree with other users, but they didn't create a reputation of intentionally trying to upset the users they debated with.

Don't get me wrong though. I still tried to help her. I sent my last Destiny Knot to her in SuMo, because she was a user that needed one. And they take forever to find or earn. Whether or not I liked her doesn't play into how I interact in any mod capacity…usually.

A) I've never felt like a mod has played the Mod Card when we've discussed anything we've disagreed over. Nor can I really remember seeing this happen publicly between a mod or any other users.

B) While the departed user and I generally have the same political opinions, this doesn't blind me to the fact that her style and attitude towards other users was antagonistic, at times crossed the line, and that others are happy she's gone because of her behavior.

C) She is receiving the same RR treatment as other users who got suspended or banned, had a meltdown, and tried to spam alts. And thus far that treatment is based around immature behavior and rule breaking rather than political opinions.

D) Departed user was just gloating over Bob deactivating. Turnabout is fair play.

As someone who would be a target of politically motivated MOD ABOOS if it existed, I can confidently say I have no fear of it as things currently stand.

Whatever the mods think of me or my opinions, they've never let their personal views affect how they interact with me as mods. And as long as they do that, I owe them the same courtesy to separate my personal views on their opinions from their actions and behavior as moderators.

OK, the explain of the ban is very clear and fair. And the RR treatment was clearly explained for Colonel Sandor and Verbose, for the meltdown of Lisa Lisa and sheit laik dis.

Sometimes I don't agree with the Lisa's political point, but sometimes I feel that the girl have a point. Anyway, I will miss her more for her dreamy eyes than for her opinions.

From a quick look at her post history:

She's mostly active on Trump-related and woman-related threads.
She still has that thing about global warming.
So far seems little-aware that there are subs beyond AskReddit and News.

I'm not sure she's aware that leddit has a way higher share of left-leaning people than KYM. The poor thing will be eaten alive.
