Cyberbullying exist?

The problem with legitimizing cyberbullying as a thing is that it just lets people blow it out of proportion so they can use it to their advantage when it happens to them. I'm not saying it isn't a problem, but I only take things like death threats seriously when they're made to my face.

It does exist, but the truth is that you can dodge most of this shit by using common sense, the less common of all senses, to the point is a super power.

Besides the fact some people keep claiming they got bullied, because people tell them they suck.

Let's just say closing a website tab or deleting/blocking users is a much easier solution to 95% of cyberbullying then moving towns and scrubbing off graffiti like normal bullying.

Not saying either don't exist. But one is in my opinion way easier to deal with. You can changr your username or make a new account should worse come to worse. You can't show up to school in disguise, and unlike most online sites you're forced to go there.

Cyberbullying has power mostly for two reasons:
1. It exists as an extension of real-world bullying in the victim's school by the some of the same people.
2. The people who experience it, specifically middle and high school students, are, to be frank, not very bright, and don't think to utilize the features those websites provide and/or stop going to the places where they're getting this shit and/or just don't care about what some stupid fucks have to say. Now to be clear, that's not really their fault- they're young teenagers, so of course they often don't know how to act smart when it comes to this stuff. Unfortunately, the adults who should be helping are all too often clueless.
