This Zombies Ate My Neighbors cover is actually the one that was used in Mexico, and in my opinion it's the best cover of the game. This cover just gives me a Goosebumps/EC Comics' Tales from the Crypt vibe that really suits the game well, as opposed to the kinda bland USA cover that's a woman in a panicked state and three zombie which resembles 50's b-movie posters. I also really love that they included a werewolf, a gill man, and a blob monster alongside two zombies, as opposed to just strictly showing zombies.

One of the best covers for one of the best looking 16-bit games. The Earthworm Jim cover shows off a cool look for Earthworm Jim, a menacing and intimidating look of the main antagonist, Queen Slug-For-A-Butt; Psy-Crow and Evil the Cat help adding a bit of character to the cover, and a cow to help add a touch of humor to something that looks more bad-ass than funny.

Nah just kidding. Here's a beautiful article about megaman covers.

Seriously though my favs are mainly my favorite games, I might be biased since they're my favorite games, but it's damn good box art too.

This is just perfect to me. Strikingly simple while also very complex. It just captures the exact feel of the entire game in one beautiful image that just makes you want to give them your money.

This one I might just like for the game itself but that is pretty badass box-art and captures the feel of the game, not as good as xenoblade, but still pretty well. The set-up is also really cool with the light/dark and Samus cutting through it in a badass way.

Pretty much how you feel after playing it for awhile.

If this were any more early 90's it would create a time warp.

I'll admit this one is mostly nostalgia, but god damn this game was worth the hundred-hour time investment.

I don't know if it's my favorite cover but it's definitely one of the most unique and beautiful covers out there (at least in my opinion) and it was the first one that sprung to my mind:

Psyche!
Of course i'm reffering to this version ;-)
