Part 2 of Websites that refused to bite the dust. In this topic, you can share old, ancient websites that, for one reason or another, continue running to this day. I will start off with this website:

https://www.nintendo.co.jp/n02/shvc/bfej/index.html

The official website for Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. Before the Super Nintendo (or known in Japan as "Super Famicom) gave it's last breath, Intelligent Systems released Thracia 776, considered to be the hardest Fire Emblem in the series. Unfortunetly, many of the scripts seem to be broken, but it's neat to revisit one of my personal favorite Super Nintendo titles.

The WipEout Pure site. The devs disbanded since 2012, site’s still up since 2005 when the game was released.
It’s free downloads for DLCs and soundtrack still work ffs.

I can't link it here for some reason. It requires Flash, Google it.

There was a Department store in California and the west part of the USA named Mervyns which had filed bankrupcy in 2008. Like at 2009, it had a sign up to recieve mail notifications but since July 24, 2015 the page says Coming Soon!
…
http://www.mervyns.com <--- Put this onto the Internet archive and you'll see.

Newgrounds! – I know this website since 2002, it grew VERY HUGE between 2004 and 2005. However, after 2007 people started losing interest in the website slowly, and then Newgrounds went downhill like a rollercoaster. It has reached its lowest statistic of interest around 2012 and still it's still stagnant on the same statistic for 4 years now, but that did not shut down the website completely.

That is a good thing, Newgrounds is the crib to legends like Egoraptor, so it's that awesome.

To this day, Newgrounds is still my home page, because I still love it. Also because it's not bright white like Google.
As for legendary people that came out of it, just to name a few:
Krinkels (Madness)
SexuaLobster
The Swain (Mastermind)
Ricepirate
Oney
Stamper
Johnny Utah
DannyBstyle
Edmund McMillen (Meat Boy)
Chulaid (Bitey)
Evil-Dog
Nutcasenightmare (:the game:)
jmtb02 (Achievement Unlocked)
Mateusz Skutnik (Submachine)
Matt-likes-swords (Epic Battle Fantasy)
And of course, the infamous Shadman.

And since we're on the subject of old flash games, miniclip is not only still around but still more popular than newgrounds to this day. And Stickpage still exists as well.

Dear lord miniclip is still a thing to this day!

Talking about flash games, Minijuegos also holds its ground to this today, too, and apparently better than ever, too.

Miniclip…

God damn does that bring back memories.

Continuing on the "flash games" subject, Stick Page and Crazy Monkey Games Still survive the years. I remember when games like "One Man's Doomsday" took about 5-15 minutes to load, due to dial-up modems:

Fucking Newgrounds. I used to think it was the coolest thing ever when I was like, 5 or 6 or something (Yes, I learned about it when I was that young). Heck, that was where I learned swear words. No, seriously. I got into a lot of trouble with my parents over using Newgrounds, to the point that they blocked me from using the site. Back in 2010, my interest Newgrounds renewed when I became excited over Castle Crashers (what a fun game). I began browsing it again out of nostalgia. I got into more trouble with my family over using it. Eventually, though, I stopped using it. As I grew older, I realized that most of the stuff on Newgrounds was generally poor-quality, gratuitously gory and immature garbage (of course, that didn't matter when we were younger). Now, I have a pretty low opinion of the site and its content. I can find stuff that's of better quality online than the games and other "hentai" (funnily enough, I never watched those "hentai" animations) stuff on NG. At times, I like to revisit the stuff I saw that was rated "Adult", as when I was younger I avoided that stuff, seeing it as taboo. After actually watching said stuff, my reaction is "wow, that's stupid. I can find much better-quality stuff on hentai sites or other places on the internet."
I also used to think of the top NG users as cool, now I'm like "ugh, idiots."
I'll admit, I still kinda like Newgrounds' aesthetic design… or something.

Anyways, I would have put the G4TV site on here, but it's finally been put out of its misery, to my surprise. Remember G4? I never watched it, but I always heard about how it was practically a zombie channel. The channel itself finally died on December 31, 2014, but for some reason, its website continued to live. Then, somewhere around the end of January, it was FINALLY removed, and its URL redirects to the Esquire channel (I don't care for that channel much).

Wow, Stickpage is still up, too? Stick figure animations died out a long time ago (well, there are still some popular stick figure animations, but their golden age died out long ago).

YTMND is an old website that used to have some SUPREMO fads from the mid-2000s.

I left an impression on users there in 2015. But now I quit that website.
