34°03'18"N 118°13'30"W Google Maps Coordinates, also known as LA Shipping Yard Help Signs, 505 N. Mission Rd Los Angeles or Santa Monica's "Traffico, Federal and LAPD" Conspiracy, is a conspiracy theory about a Google Earth satellite image from Santa Monica, California at the precise coordinates of 34°03'18"N 118°13'30"W, which shows the words "HELP," "TRAFICO," "FEDERAL" and "LAPD" written on the ground near a shipping yard. The image was shared on Reddit in late January 2025, spawning a wave of debate, concern and speculation across social media platforms as it garnered attention in the following days, with some believing the site was related to human trafficking.
Origin
On January 25th, 2025, Redditor[5] u/ilovemesomebeans posted a series of Google Maps screenshots in the /r/conspiracy subreddit, claiming someone shared the images on a Facebook Google Earth group, which showed a series of cryptic messages near Cesar Chavez Ave, Los Angeles reading, "HELP," "TRAFICO," "LAPD" and "FEDERAL" written in debris near a shipping yard at the coordinates 34°03'17.8"N, 118013'32.2"W. The post (seen below) amassed more than 4,400 upvotes and 570 comments in two days.

On the afternoon of January 26th, 2025, netizens started to investigate the abandoned location with the strange signs written on the ground. For instance, the X[1] / Twitter page @CnsprtrlRprt uploaded a screenshot of a Google Earth satellite image captioned, "34°03'18"N 118°13'30"W," showing an abandoned lot in Santa Monica, California with the words, "Help," "traffico," "Federal" and "LAPD" written across the land.[2] The post (seen below) amassed over 43 million views and 290,000 likes in a day.
On the same day, X[3] user @LAguy310 posted a video walking through the 34°03'18"N 118°13'30"W coordinates, showing that the signs are still visible and that the place has other mysterious messages written with scrap materials. The video (seen below) amassed more than 10 million views and 44,000 likes in a day.

X[4] user @Dioge7266837 pointed out in a tweet on January 26th, 2025, that the mysterious location also has "At least three surface entrances to tunnels," which could possibly be connected to the "old LA subway lines." The tweet (seen below) amassed more than 1.4 million views and 6,400 likes in a day.
On January 27th, numerous media outlets, such as Metro[6] and Daily Star,[7] began covering the story of the messages found on Google Maps near the shipping yard.
