Origin
The origin of this appears to be an advertisement for a Russian lending company "Домашние деньги" (Translates to "Home Money"), which was uploaded to YouTube on the 22nd of August, 2011.
Popularisation
The ad was remixed by Rayman Rave into the song Money[1] in September of 2015. This then goes on to cause a spike in the popularity of the meme, being remixed again by multiple people, the most popular of which being Adeq's Remix.

On October 15, 2015, the 88005553535 Samsung Remix was posted to YouTube by Arsen Sayadyan. The video (shown below) has over 2.4 million views.
