Amish Oil Change is a sexual innuendo internet slang term that appeared online as early as 2011, listed as the act of fellating a horse and spitting out its semen. The bestiality-related phrase made an appearance on TikTok in 2022 and 2023, resulting in a spike in search interest in late 2023 as people posted memes and their reactions to learning about it. The expression references the fact that almost all Amish use horse-drawn buggies instead of cars for transportation, thus the horse is essentially the engine.
